Erica Powell's professional background is in interior and graphic design, sales, and marketing. Throughout her first six years in business in wedding planning, Erica was able to grow company from scratch to planning only luxury level events with budgets between a quarter and three quarters of a million dollars. In 2014, Erica founded Reverie Gallery, the luxury international wedding blog. Within two years, Erica and her team expanded Reverie Gallery's readership into every state in the United States and 171+ countries worldwide. Her unique experience as a wedding planner-turned-publisher coupled with her expertise in branding, web design, and private business coaching, has allowed Erica to learn and share many techniques for creating a profitable business in the luxury wedding market through online classes, private coaching, and at her annual Balance Reverie Retreat. As a business coach, Erica has helped her clients grow their client contracts up to 10k per contract, and in some cases, doubling their revenue. Erica's greatest passion is supporting wedding professionals to increase their profits and streamline their systems and processes to create the lifestyle they desired when they started their business.

Shahrina Ankhi-Krol is the founder of Ankhi-Krol Law, located in New York City. She works with entrepreneurs at all stages of their businesses. The firm’s practice areas include Business, Contract, Trademark, and Copyright. Although the firm is located in New York, it serves clients from across the nation.

Shahrina has given numerous talks and presentations throughout the country on the topics of entrepreneurship and intellectual property law. Her dedication to and passion for the field of law resulted in her being named a Rising Star Super Lawyer, a recognition given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state, each year, for two years in row.   

Prior to starting her own law practice, Shahrina interned for a Judge in the New York State Supreme Court, worked at the Office of the Attorney General of Michigan, and in several law firms.

Adrienne O’Connor is the Owner and Lead Planner/Designer of Ruffles & Tweed Event Planning and Design, as well as the Networking Coordinator for ABC in Manhattan and The Bronx. With 9 years of experience in the wedding industry, Adrienne helps clients with all of their planning and design needs, while focusing on their personalities in order to make their wedding day unique and unforgettable. Many of her weddings have been published on Style Me Pretty, Bliss Celebrations Guide, and Carats & Cake. 

Jacqueline Vazquez - Master Wedding Planner & ABC New York State Manager

Jacqueline Vazquez is the Owner, CEO, Master Wedding Planner, Certified Event Planner, and Designer of Lifetime Events by Jacqueline. She has over a decade of experience in the event industry, and has a passion for creating special and memorable events. She has been a proud member of ABC since 2008, and has been a contributor to ABC events/meetings throughout the New York region. Jacqueline has achieved the highest designation of Master Wedding Planner, and is the ABC New York State Manager.
